Argumento
In 1865 France, Timothee, a drifter who pretends to be deaf and mute, arrives at a village in southern France. He becomes infatuated with Josephine, the daughter of Dr. Hughes, and seeks hospitality at their house. During dinner, he performs peculiar tricks that evoke strange reactions from Josephine.
