College student Jeffrey Beaumont returns to his idyllic hometown of Lumberton after finding a severed human ear in a field near his family home. Detective Williams advises Jeffrey not to investigate further but intrigued, Jeffrey teams up with Sandy, the detective's daughter, to find out more about the ear's owner.
