Argumento
Petula Thames and Tilda Darlings are two women on the run after botching a drug deal worth eighty thousand dollars. Given just 48 hours to pay back their vengeful drug lord, they decide to rob their wealthy childhood friend, Daphne Peters, who lives secluded in a gothic mansion with a fortune she inherited. However, Daphne has become a dangerous schizophrenic agoraphobe, imprisoned in the fantasy world the three created as children. To get her money, Petula and Tilda must participate in Daphne's twisted game of make believe, which quickly descends into a deadly maze of hallucinations, role play, torture, and murder.
Resumen
Braid is a female-driven psychological thriller and horror film directed by Mitzi Peirone. It follows Petula Thames (Imogen Waterhouse) and Tilda Darlings (Madeline Brewer), two former artists turned drug dealers on the run after a botched deal. In desperation, they decide to rob their wealthy childhood friend Daphne Peters (Sarah Hay), who has become a recluse in her gothic mansion, trapped in a delusional fantasy world.
