Argumento
In Argentina during the early 1920s, a young European woman escapes her elderly husband by exchanging identities with a suicidal girl they encounter on their voyage. Believing she will be married off to a wealthy man, she arrives in Buenos Aires under her new identity but soon discovers that she has been tricked into working as a prostitute at the luxurious bordello owned by the 'Madam.'
