Argumento
Defense attorney Jennifer Garrick acquires an old Pinocchio puppet from a condemned serial killer. Her pre-teen daughter, Zoe, mistakes the puppet as a birthday present and grows attached to it, naming him 'Pinny'. Strange accidents begin to happen around those who cross Zoe or displease her, such as her therapist Dr. Schaefer, whom she suspects of plotting against Pinny. Zoe claims that Pinny is causing these accidents to protect her but her mother dismisses the idea. Zoe starts conversing with Pinny and eventually cuts his strings upon his promise to behave well. After this, mysterious murders begin to occur.
