Argumento
After serving six years in prison for auto theft, Rudy Duncan (Ben Affleck) is set to be released. On his last day, he witnesses and participates in a prison riot where his cellmate Nick dies defending him. Upon release, Rudy finds Ashley (Charlize Theron), whom Nick had been corresponding with, waiting for him. Assuming Nick's identity, Rudy agrees to meet Ashley and eventually stays at her house, posing as Nick. Ashley's brother Gabriel (Gary Sinise) reveals he has been planning a Christmas Eve robbery of the Indian casino where Nick used to work in security. Despite his initial reluctance, Rudy is coerced into participating due to Gabriel's manipulation and threats. During the heist, several plot twists occur, including betrayals and unexpected alliances.
