Argumento
In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by starvation, a solitary survivalist lives off-grid in a forest refuge, growing crops and hunting for food. His isolated existence is disrupted when two desperate women—a pregnant mother and her teenage daughter—discover his farm and seek shelter there. Initially suspicious and hostile, the survivalist eventually agrees to let them stay temporarily in exchange for work around the farm. However, as time passes and tensions rise, the uneasy arrangement threatens both their safety and the survivalist's carefully maintained way of life.
Resumen
Set in a grim, post-apocalyptic future where starvation is rampant, 'Survivalist' explores themes of trust, desperation, and the lengths people will go to survive. The film follows its titular character, played by Martin McCann, who has adapted to living alone and off the grid after society's collapse. When two women arrive at his doorstep seeking refuge, he must navigate the complexities of human interaction again while trying to maintain his self-imposed isolation.
