Sosie Ruth Bacon, born March 15, 1992, is an American actress. Her first acting role was at age ten, playing Emily in her father Kevin Bacon's film 'Loverboy' (2005). Impressed by her performance, James Duff suggested she portray Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson's niece Charlie in 'The Closer', appearing in four episodes alongside her mother who played the chief. Despite her parents' initial opposition to acting, Bacon went on to play Skye Miller in the TV series '13 Reasons Why'.
