Argumento
In Miami, a hotel cabana boy named Alan falls in love with Ella, a woman vacationing with her powerful husband Mark Brice. They begin an affair, but when Ella confesses it to Mark, he becomes vengeful and plans to 'end it forever'. Fourteen years later, Manuel Esquema, once the fresh-faced Alan, is now a scarred international financier who arrives in New York to negotiate a plea bargain with the Justice Department for a politician. It is revealed that Mark believed he had dispatched Alan years ago, raising questions about Esquema's true motives: revenge, mercy, or a desire to rekindle Ella's love.
