Historia
In 1957, at Camp Crystal Lake in New Jersey, a young boy named Jason drowns while under the care of counselors who were engaging in sexual activities rather than watching over the children. The following summer, two counselors are murdered, leading to the camp being shut down and gaining a reputation as 'Camp Blood.' In 1980, Steve Christy, a descendant of the original owners, decides to reopen the camp despite local warnings about a death curse. He hires a group of teenagers—Annie, Jack, Alice, Bill, Ned, Brenda, Marcie, and Pete—to prepare the camp for opening. Unknown to them, a psychotic killer begins stalking and murdering the counselors one by one. As the body count rises, Annie becomes increasingly concerned about the camp's history and decides to investigate. She discovers that Jason might not be responsible for the murders after all, leading to a suspenseful climax where she confronts the true antagonist.
