Sylva Koscina, born Silvija Košćina on August 22, 1933, was a Yugoslav-born Italian actress who gained fame for her roles as Iole, the bride of Hercules (Steve Reeves) in 'Hercules' (1958) and 'Hercules Unchained' (1960). She also played Paul Newman's romantic interest in 'The Secret War of Harry Frigg' (1968). Koscina was a prominent actress during her time, with many notable roles.

Story
Lisa Reiner, an American tourist visiting Spain, faints and is subsequently hospitalized. Upon display of disturbing signs of demonic possession, Father Michael is summoned to perform an exorcism. However, he initially attempts to understand how Lisa became possessed by first investigating her claims about a mansion owned by a Spanish aristocratic family where she encountered the devil. Despite being fully possessed, Lisa recounts her horrifying experiences in the house before Father Michael proceeds with the exorcism.
