Christine Zierl, formerly known by her stage name Dolly Dollar, is a German actress, author, and model who became famous as an 1980s sex icon and "busty wonder". Since then, she has successfully reinvented her career and currently also works as a bank employee.
Born as Christina Giannakopoulos in Munich in 1962, Zierl began her acting career in comedies directed by Klaus Lemke, such as Arabian Nights and Honeymoon. She later transitioned to more serious character roles in notable productions like the popular crime series Tatort and Monaco Franze. In 2016, she appeared on the reality TV show Promi Big Brother under her former stage name. Her most recent acting role was in the 2024 film Hundswut.
In a significant professional shift, Zierl has been working as a permanent employee at a bank in Munich for several years, which provides her with financial stability and the freedom to choose acting roles that truly appeal to her.
