Emma Broomé is a Swedish actress recognized for her work in film, television, and theater. She was born
Emma Maria Isabelle Broomé on June 13, 1985, in Bollnäs, Gävleborgs län, Sweden.
Broomé pursued her professional training at the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts (formerly known as the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts) from 2009 to 2012. Following her graduation, she became a frequent performer at the Royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten) in Stockholm, appearing in a variety of stage productions including Anna Karenina and Tartuffe.
In the world of film and television, she gained significant recognition for her role as Chebeba in the acclaimed science-fiction drama Aniara (2018). She also starred as Åsa in the 2020 SVT series Sommaren 85 (Dreaming of England). Her extensive television credits include roles in series such as Lyckoviken (Lucky Bay), Taelgia, Trolltider – Legenden om Bergatrollet, and the 2024 series Ronja the Robber's Daughter.
