Heidi Iro is an Austrian-born actress and media professional, best known to international audiences for her guest appearance in the groundbreaking Showtime series The L Word (2004). Born on January 8, 1980, in Salzburg, she played the role of Stacy in the show’s first season, appearing in memorable scenes alongside Katherine Moennig’s character, Shane. Beyond her work in The L Word, Iro secured roles in major productions such as Zack Snyder’s Watchmen (2009) and the television pilot Global Frequency.
