Biografía completa

Olga Borisovna Drozdova is a distinguished Russian theater and film actress and director, born on April 1, 1965, in the port city of Nakhodka, located in the Primorsky Krai region of the then-Soviet Union. Her birth name is the same as her professional name, including the patronymic Borisovna, derived from her father, Boris Fyodorovich Drozdov, who was a long-distance sea captain.

Her journey into the arts began during her school years in Nakhodka, where she participated in drama clubs at the local Sailors' Cultural Palace. After initially studying at the Far Eastern Institute of Arts and briefly working at a ship repair plant to gain life experience, she eventually moved to Moscow to pursue her passion. She graduated from the M.S. Schepkin Higher Theatre School in 1989 and was immediately invited to join the prestigious Sovremennik Theatre troupe.

Drozdova gained widespread recognition for her diverse roles in cinema and television, most notably in the series Bandit Petersburg and the historical drama Koroleva Margo (Queen Margot). In addition to her acting career, she has served as the dean of the theater faculty at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow and was honored as a People's Artist of Russia in 2015 for her significant contributions to the arts. She is married to fellow actor Dmitry Pevtsov, with whom she has a son.
