Biografía completa
Susan Cassidy is an American actress primarily known for her collaborations with the notorious independent filmmaker Andy Milligan during the late 1960s and early 1970s. She rose to cult fame within the exploitation and grindhouse cinema circuits for her raw and unpolished performances.
Her most iconic role remains Heather MacGregor in the 1969 horror film "Torture Dungeon," where she portrayed a duchess navigating the sadistic plots of a mad duke. The film, shot on an extremely low budget in Staten Island, became a staple of Milligan’s filmography and solidified Cassidy's place in cult cinema history.
Beyond her most famous role, Cassidy appeared in other significant Milligan projects, including "Gutter Trash" (1969) and the Sweeney Todd-inspired horror film "Bloodthirsty Butchers" (1970). In the 1968 film "Seeds of Sin" (also known as "Seeds"), she was credited under the pseudonym Liza Hart.
